Due to the SARS epidemic, and restrictions on travel to
China, WCW8 has been relocated to the USA.It will be held at IBM Research, outside
New York City.The dates of the conference have shifted
by one day from the original announcement.
We anticipate holding WCW in Beijing in 2004, depending on the abatement of these restrictions.
