FTP accounts for about 10 % of the incoming traffic. Localizing it is
a challenging task.
A huge number of Mirrors are setup worldwide.
- Which one has all needed files ?
- Where files are fresh ?
- What is the nearest one ?
None of the existing tools can help us in answering all these questions :-(.
