Paper Format

Papers are limited to 5000 words. The first page must include paper title, authors names and affiliation, contact author e-mail, and an abstract. Submission must be formatted for "US Letter" paper size. We will use black-and-white printers.

Electronic Submission

Electronic submission via anonymous FTP is required:

1. Acceptable formats are Postscript and compressed Postscript.
2. Files must be named using the following template:

   	<last_name_of_the_first_author><paper_id>.<extension>
   	

   Pick any number for your paper Id. If you submit two papers, pick two distinct Ids. Extension must begin with ps and will depend on your compression method, if any. Use lower case letters only.
   For example, to submit his paper, Guillermo S. Fandi may name his file fandi007.ps.zip.
3. FTP to oof.ircache.net as user anonymous. Please use your full e-mail address as a password.
4. Change your directory to /pub/WCW99/.
5. Put the file. If you are behind a firewall, the passive FTP option may be helpful.
6. You will not be able to see your and other people submissions in the directory listing. You may delete your own submission if needed.
7. Send an e-mail to wcw99@ircache.net with paper title, author names, and a file name you have used.

Shortly after the deadline, you will receive a notification that your paper is being reviewed.

Other Means of Submission

If you are positively unable to use FTP, please request permission to submit a paper using alternative methods by sending an e-mail to wcw99@ircache.net.
